"Felt Like I Was Waiting Forever"

I canceled early thinking I’d get a decent refund back, but after all the fees were taken out, it was almost nothing. When I reached out to support, the replies felt like they were coming from robots just copy-pasting the policy instead of actually listening. the whole thing felt unfair and frustrating

"Canceling was kind of a pain"

"Changing my reservation was okay"
I had to change my parking reservation, and yeah, it worked in the end. It just took me a couple tries to figure out where to do it. Once I got through it, the updated email came in fine, so that part was good. Not exactly the smoothest process, but it got the job done. I do wish the option to make changes was a little easier to find.

"Pretty handy spot near the airport"
The parking was in a convenient area for the airport, maybe just a short drive away, and it wasn’t too hard to find. That part worked out well. The shuttle did take a little longer than I was hoping, probably by a bit, so it wasn’t totally smooth. For the price and the location, I’d say it was decent enough, just not anything amazing.

I booked through parkingaccess.com and the lot was actually cleaner than I expected. There wasn’t trash everywhere, the spots were easy to see, and I didn’t feel weird walking back to my car. The only thing that annoyed me was that the communication wasn’t as clear as it should’ve been, so I had to double-check a few things instead of just knowing where to go. Other than that, it was simple enough to use and the place seemed well taken care of. I’d probably use it again.

"Pretty good parking option"
I booked through parkingaccess.com, and the lot they sent me to was good overall. It was easy to find, and the staff already knew about my reservation, so checking in was simple.
The lot seemed safe enough, and the shuttle showed up after about 10 minutes. The parking spots were a bit tight, and one part of the pavement was kind of rough, but it wasn’t a big deal.
For the price, I was happy with it and would probably use it again. Nothing fancy, but it worked fine.

I did get my refund in the end, so that part was fine, I guess. It just took way longer than I expected, and for a while I was kind of wondering if it was even moving along or... yeah. Not the worst experience, but definitely slower than it should’ve been.

I booked through ParkingAccesss and it was literally easy to get everything set up. The shuttle took about 15-20 minutes to show up, which wasn’t awful, but I definitely wouldn’t have minded it being a bit quicker. The lot was fine overall, and I got to the airport without any issues

"Easy parking, but the fees caught me off guard"
Booking was easy and the parking spot itself was totally fine, so no complaints there. But the extra fees popping up near checkout kind of surprised me, is it just me, or does that make the final price feel a little misleading?
